The first thing you’ll notice about me is that I am very passionate about real estate. People tell me that my choice of careers could not be more perfect. I naturally enjoy meeting new people and sharing with them in the achievement of their real estate goals.
I have spent my real estate career with Royal LePage Team Realty and work out of our Westboro location. Royal LePage is a leader in Canadian real estate since 1913, and remains steadfastly and proudly Canadian.
My goal is to provide my clients with market knowledge, information and the confidence in knowing they are making the right real estate decision for them. I have lived in the McKellar Park/Westboro area for 20 years where I have owned many homes and was a landlord. I am active in the community and support many of the programs. I have a superb working knowledge of the neighbourhood and continue to be a top agent in this market place.

After almost a decade at the Ottawa Citizen newspaper working in both Human Resources and New and Resale Homes Advertising, I decided to pursue my lifelong passion, of helping people buy and sell real-estate.
I chose Royal Lepage because it is currently the only National Canadian real-estate company. I like to support local business, so working for a Canadian company was the only option for me. While at Royal Lepage Performance Realty, I worked as a Buyer Agent for the Morris Home Team. It was a busy few years, and the experience was priceless. In the fall of 2011, I moved to Royal Lepage Team Realty and partnered up with Kelly Ebbs.
My goal is to continue to equip my clients with the tools and market education they need to make informed decisions about real estate. My priority is to quickly give them a sense of security so that they know that someone is looking out for their best interests. My past clients appreciate my no pressure approach to buying real-estate. So, feel free to change your mind multiple times! Satisfaction for me is when my client tells me a year or 2 after purchasing that they still feel the home they bought was the best choice for them. Or, when they still say “Wow” when they open their front door.

Aside from real estate, I enjoy spending time with my 4 legged side kick Charlie. I also enjoy travel as well as exploring the local arts and live music scene in Ottawa. It’s a great city and I am also proud to have served on my local community association board of directors, in Hintonburg.
After living in the McKellar / Highland area of West Ottawa for years, I moved to Hintonburg, in 2008. Hintonburg is a trendy, diverse, vibrant and energetic urban neighbourhood located between Little Italy and Westboro.

Trish Capello
Ottawa is a great place to call home. I was fortunate to grow up in the Alta Vista area, and have lived in Westboro for the last 20 years. I raised my three children in Highland Park and have immersed myself in my community. I am an active volunteer, whether it’s on my local community center Board of Directors, in local schools, hockey associations, ski clubs, or with the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation.
I obtained my B.A. at the University of Toronto, a Masters in Public Administration at Carleton University, and a Business Administration certificate from the University of Ottawa. My education, along with my federal government work experience in Communications, and Conference Management, have given me the opportunity to work directly with the public, and vastly expand on my interpersonal and professional communication skills. I also ran a successful dessert catering business, serving local businesses and dessert lovers alike!
My goal is to put people at ease and build a strong rapport, while providing superior service. It’s not surprising that I’ve made the transition into Real Estate where I can continue to offer the best possible customer service and provide guidance throughout the entire buying and selling process.

Lisa Hamilton
Home truly is where the heart is. Ottawa has always been my place to call home. I grew up in the Westboro area where I have enjoyed living in Highland Park, McKellar Park and currently Westboro Beach. Raising four children here has been a truly wonderful experience. It has been an absolute joy watching my children embark upon a journey similar to my own, enjoying all that this lovely neighbourhood has to offer; attending local schools and participating in a variety sports and recreational activities. My involvement in the schools, community centres and various sports associations has provided an opportunity to meet so many wonderful people.
In addition to raising a family, I have worked in several different positions across various industries. My employment experiences have allowed me the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set that I truly believe lends itself well to a career in real estate. I have spent many years working in office management and administration. I also obtained my insurance license and spent time working in my husband’s family-owned insurance brokerage. I joined Kelly & Kerry’s real estate team in 2018 as their office administrator. The opportunity to work in this role has provided me with a solid foundation for making the transition from administration to sales.
I am a very dedicated and detail-oriented individual. I am passionate about building long term relationships based on understanding and trust. Finding the right home for you can be a very overwhelming task. I believe that attentiveness and being fully responsive to a client’s needs is paramount in realizing real estate goals.
